There's no shame in admitting that technology is a confounding challenge most of us can't master. We spend more time cursing at our "smart" TV than watching it. "Customer Service" can be a tortuous battle with robotic n incompoops. Compared to young people for whom technology seems embedded in their brains, most of us can'r figure out how to navigate the Internet, and are reluctant to ask for help from our millennial offspring.

In our defense, we were not born with a cellphone in our crib. It's not something that comes naturally. We need help and guidance from younger people.

The irony here is, few of you are even reading this because you don't know how to find OURGENPOD. You are not alone. Statistics show that our generation is a prime market for podcasts; we have time on our hands, we have interest in our topics, and we would gladly listen to podcasts if we educated on the basics .

We'll work on that. We're researching a series on "The Evil Algorithim." Meanwhile, if you're here, congratulations!
