You must be 18 or older to participate in the drawing
Void where prohibited by law.
Only one entry per participant will be included in the drawing; more than one entry per URL will be automatically rejected.
To be eligible to win, you must provide your name and contact information. This information is for internal use only, and will never be shared or sold with any third party in accordance with our Privacy Policy. The only exception to this shall be if you are a prize winner, in which case, with your written permission, your name and city of residence will be provided to all participants.
No purchase is necessary to participate in the drawing or receive a prize
All surveys have specific "Eligibility Periods," defining the opening and closing dates and times, and the date on which winners will be announced.
​Employees or associates of UnAuthorized Films or "talkin' 'bout Our Generation" are not eligible to win any prizes.​

Odds of winning are not possible to determine until the Survey is completed. Upon request after the closing of the eligibility period and completion of the drawing, any person may learn the total number of people who participated in the drawing and the individual odds of winning.
